We provide you with a small dedicated team of reception staff who will be on hand to answer your business calls when you’re not able to. Our UK based staff will answer your calls in your business name, in a professional and timely manner. Depending how you want us to handle the calls we can then pass a message through to you by email, text or call transfer
Once signed up we provide you with a telephone number. You can either advertise this number, or if you already have a business number simply divert the calls through to us as and when you need us to answer
With our call answering service we will answer calls in your company name and advise the caller that you will give them a call back. However our service is flexible so you can amend the script and how we deal with the calls.
All our plans are month-to-month so you are never tied into long term contracts. In addition we don’t charge for sales calls, wrong numbers, or calls under 20 seconds.
Most customers prefer us advising any calls that they are out of the office at the moment and we take a message. We can then email the message (free), text (10p) or transfer the call through (from 12p per minute).
All our call packages include a free telephone number. Plus we don’t charge for calls under 20 seconds such as automated messages or sales calls.
You can advertise the number which we have provided to you as your business number. If you already have your own number then your calls can be diverted to the number we have provided. We can assist you in diverting your calls through once you sign up.
We can pass your messages free of charge by email. Otherwise we can send you messages by text message charged at 10p per message. If you would like your calls to be transferred to you we would charge 24p per minute to mobiles and 10p per minute to landlines.
Calls under 20 seconds are free of charge, reducing unwelcome calls. Although, If we have passed a message which has been a sales call, just let us know and we can arrange a refund.
You are not committed long term. Month-to-month billing allows you to choose when, if you wish to cancel, upgrade or downgrade.
Your invoice will be sent by email to you in advance each month. Any additional call charges will be invoiced in arrears. Payment will be taken from the card you registered with us 3 days after the invoice.
We would usually ask for the caller’s name, the company they are calling from, a contact number and who they are looking to speak with, along with a short message. If more information is required then contact us to discuss whether our pay per minute plan will cover your needs.
We will answer your calls 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Outside these hours we can divert your calls to a voicemail. We can pass on any messages received for you; for unlimited voicemails this will cost only £10 per month!
No matter what area code or national number you require we can provide it for you. If you require an 0800, 0207, or 0208 number then there may be an additional charge. Contact us to discuss which number would best suit you.
We will answer your calls in your company name. Our team is made up of 5 members who will answer your calls, allowing your customers to build rapport and recognise the same professional and friendly voices with every call. We can also follow a script if required.
If you are concered about missing calls out of hours we can offer you a Personalised Voicemail for £10 per month with a £10 set up fee. This will allow you to provide a bespoke answer message and be notified when someone leaves a message.
