Call Answering reseller scheme

Time Assistant provides a range of services to help our clients save time and money. Due to high demand we are able to launch a reseller / white label scheme, allowing you to sell our call answering service to your customers without making any additional expenditure.

How does the invoicing work?

As part of the reseller package, we won’t deal with your clients directly; they will deal entirely with you. We will invoice you as our customer at the agreed reseller rates. What you charge your customers per hour is at your discretion. Have a read of our FAQs below to find out more.

What does ‘White Label’ mean?

The service we offer is ‘White Label’ meaning that there is no trace back to us. This ensures that your clients are unaware that it isn’t your company taking the calls. That’s unless you want them to know.

Why should I offer this service?

This is an exciting money making opportunity, as the rate you charge your client is at your discretion. With no set up costs, no need for additional equipment or labour costs, this could be a profitable additional revenue stream for your business.

How does this work?

Time Assistant is an office based company with a team of Call Handlers. Because we operate within business hours, we always have someone at the phone to take calls. As a Virtual Assistant, you can now offer this service through your own company but use our UK based office to take these calls for your clients.

What will I earn?

Being part of our VA Reseller Scheme, we offer you a 10% discount on any of our Call Answering Packages. Coupled with any mark-up you put on our competitive prices, this will determine how much you earn. Our packages start from £5 per month

Will I be expected to answer any calls?

No! Some of our resellers like to have the option to take calls, and we give them that option. Because we work on a VoIP system we can easily extend our network to you, allowing you to take only your client’s calls as and when you wish. This will require a VoIP compatible handset and a little technical know how, but don’t worry, if you are not technical minded, our support team can talk you through setting up for a one off fee.
